Lynda Woodcock
Managing Director
Pheasant Retreats was established in 2017. I opened the door with no properties to let or manage. Fast forward to today, the business is flourishing and still growing day to day.
I am passionate about my business, and I enjoy working with my team which I have forged and nurtured over the years into the highly professional and effective team I have in place. I run a tight ship to ensure all aspects of the business is carried out with professionalism and with a personal touch.
Outside of work, I am a keen gardener and love nature. I enjoy the company of friends and family and all social activities.
David Woodcock
Financial Director
David Woodcock is the Financial Director of Pheasant Retreats. David’s experience spans decades within the financial services, investment banking and property sectors. David focuses on the development and regulatory aspects of the business.
David is an expert in his field and passionate about delivering excellent outcomes. When David has any spare time you will always find him on a golf course or pottering in the garden.
Charlotte Woodage
Office & Property Manager
Charlotte is our Office & Property Manager. Being MARLA qualified, Charlotte ensures the company is run efficiently and all legal aspects are covered. Charlotte over sees the day to day running of the office to ensure all landlords and tenants are well looked after and happy. Charlotte is passionate about her role, and this reflects in the outstanding service she provides.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys countryside walks, cooking and social get togethers with her friends.
Michelle James
Lettings Negotiator
Hi I’m Michelle! I joined Pheasant Retreats in October 2025 as a Lettings Negotiator, bringing 12 years of experience in customer service within the swimming pool industry.
My background has given me a strong foundation in communication, organisation, and delivering exceptional client care.
A career in property has always been my dream. With a long-standing interest in the housing market, interior design, and photography, moving into estate agency felt like a natural next step. Once my son started school, I knew it was the right time for me to follow my ambition. After visiting Pheasant Retreats, I instantly felt it was the perfect fit and the right environment to begin my property career.
Outside of work, I enjoy running and going to the gym, spending quality time with my family and friends, and indulging in a good shopping trip!

Brand & Marketing
Matt Lloyd focuses on shaping the overall brand identity, vision and messaging at Pheasant Retreats. He is responsible for developing the brand’s positioning, marketing strategies, and creative direction.
Matt has extensive experience of running marketing and design agencies and has transformed hundreds of businesses over the years with his creative flair and keen eye for detail to deliver them growth. He injects vitality into every project he works on, helping his clients achieve their brand and creative vision.
